This is an arrangement of Edward Elgar’s Op. 15, No. 2. It was originally composed for violin and piano and first published in 1899. Elgar later made a version for orchestra which was first performed at a Queen’s Hall Promenade concert in 1901 together with its companion piece Chanson de Nuit.
